    Terrible! horrible customer service, i was yelled at over the phone. no consideration what-so-ever for elderly people and their capabilities. Expensive. Rude. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!! I booked everything myself in the end and got a much better deal. Nothing was done in the way of a refund because they refused and i quote "it wasn't their fault". Save your time and money people. Either book it yourself, or go to a better travel agent in Grafton or even call the good people at flight centre who are always very helpful AND TRUSTWORTHY. Wouldn't even give it 1 star if i had the option.
